I enjoy having family and friends over , and 'Sunday roast' with all the trimmings was not something I was confident doing, yet it's something that really brings a group of all ages together. I hired Nikki for a few hours on a Sunday and we prepared a Sunday Roast Beef. She sent me a shopping list beforehand (based on my likes and dislikes), then we cooked together. I made notes every step of the way, picking up on all the good hints and tips that Nikki was showing me, and then learning to get the flow of the timings just right. My husband's feedback at the end was that is was "one of the best roast beef dinners he's ever had" - and he's tried a few! It was a brilliant experience! I couldn't recommend Nikki enough with her years of cheffing experience and her professionalism, and she is also a great laugh. Learning should be great fun! Cheers Nikki!

About us
Nikki is a talented and passionate chef with decades of experience in the culinary industry. Her dedication to creating exceptional dining experiences led her to establish NikkiChef, where she strives to surpass the expectations of every client.
Cooking across the world Nikki has had a colourful career. Some examples of individuals she has had the pleasure of cooking for include the late Queen Elizabeth, Diana Princess of Wales, the Dalai Lama, Olivia Coleman,Cerys Matthews, the Welsh Rugby Union and many other Sporting events. Nikki also spent two years as a private chef on the circuit cooking for the High Court Judges.
Our ethos is very important to me, I pride myself on using locally sourced produce where possible and wherever my services are required.
Having an allotment has provided huge benefits to myself and my clients: the quality, taste and health benefits of growing organic fruit and vegetables as well as the learning process for me as a chef have been incredible. I'm extremely proud and delighted to bring that experience to Nikkichef & Truckin'chefs

I had a voucher to cook with Nikki as a gift, it was really great, we had over three hours of learning to make pasta, sauces and fillings also made a pistachio tiramisu which incredible. It was more than I expected and found Nikki, kind, patient, passionate and so funny. Thank you chef & I made pasta today without Nikki!!
We came across Nikkichef at an event that they were catering, we loved the food, and hunted Nikki down to cater for a special birthday for friends at our home, the process with Nikki is so good and that helps a lot. It was a perfect night, the food, service and all that Nikki brings is sunshine. We loved the greek themed food we had, it was lush! We will be using Nikkchef again and highly recommend for any occasion.
Our booking with Nikki was perfect, We had a small gathering of 8, Nikki cooked a sensational three course meal, and with homemade bread and butters, the sweetcorn and feta butter was something!! Super pleased to have found Nikki chef, it was family gathering in a Airbnb in North Wales, the process is super easy, which helps with our chaotic family lives, Nikki bespoke a perfect menu that worked for all of us and keeping the children in mind. The food was perfect, service and we loved the homemade butters which was a real treat!! Our trip to Wales was amazing and Nikkichef was definitely the highlight! Highly recommended!
Nikki created a menu for a family gathering, which involved two birthdays, having young children it made life so much easier having a private chef cook at home for us, so we could relax and enjoy! What an absolute spread!! I’ve had and been to many events where “buffet style food” was served, this was just outstanding!! It was fresh, colourful and tasted like I was eating a fine dining “mac n cheese” egg!! The leek and Stilton sausage rolls were delicious I wanted to hide them, incredible cooking and display Nikki. We booked Nikki to create grazing boards for our girls get together , she absolutely exceeded every expectation. The food was gorgeous - fresh , colourful , and thoughtfully put together . What really made the experience special was Nikki . She was so lovely and down-to-earth that it felt like having a friend over rather than a chef .
