I enjoy having family and friends over , and 'Sunday roast' with all the trimmings was not something I was confident doing, yet it's something that really brings a group of all ages together. I hired Nikki for a few hours on a Sunday and we prepared a Sunday Roast Beef. She sent me a shopping list beforehand (based on my likes and dislikes), then we cooked together. I made notes every step of the way, picking up on all the good hints and tips that Nikki was showing me, and then learning to get the flow of the timings just right. My husband's feedback at the end was that is was "one of the best roast beef dinners he's ever had" - and he's tried a few! It was a brilliant experience! About us
Nikki is a talented and passionate chef with decades of experience in the culinary industry. Her dedication to creating exceptional dining experiences led her to establish NikkiChef, where she strives to surpass the expectations of every client.
Cooking across the world Nikki has had a colourful career. Some examples of individuals she has had the pleasure of cooking for include the late Queen Elizabeth, Diana Princess of Wales, the Dalai Lama, Olivia Coleman,Cerys Matthews, the Welsh Rugby Union and many other Sporting events. Nikki also spent two years as a private chef on the circuit cooking for the High Court Judges.
Our ethos is very important to me, I pride myself on using locally sourced produce where possible and wherever my services are required.
Having an allotment has provided huge benefits to myself and my clients: the quality, taste and health benefits of growing organic fruit and vegetables as well as the learning process for me as a chef have been incredible. I'm extremely proud and delighted to bring that experience to "NikkiChef".

I was at a dinner party with Nikki cooking for us, It was superb, every course was full of flavours, and for a change plentiful! Table was stunning too, everything was oozing passion. We had a wonderful time!!
I decided to hire a chef for my 60th birthday celebrations, and I am so glad I found Nikki. With a big busy family including young grandchildren I couldn't have asked for a better meal. She adjusted timings to suit us and the food was incredible. We had lots of choice for the picky ones and the dairy free and the vegetarian. Nothing was too much trouble. From homemade breads and butters through to the petit fours, it was delicious! The table was laid beautifully and the service was fantastic. Nothing to clear up after she left other than the leftovers as we couldn't eat it all! Thank you Nikki I would recommend you in a flash and look forward to booking you again!
A three hour cooking class with Nikki was such a brilliant afternoon, it was so much fun, yet very informative! Nikki was so easy to communicate with, and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. It was more than we expected and would definitely recommend.

I'm looking for a private chef to come to our house and cook a nice meal for my mums 'special' birthday in May ! There will only be 6 of us but we would like a really special 3 course meal with perhaps some nibbles and bread etc - do you have availability and can you let me know what sort of prices you work to, do you have different levels of dining experience? I had a few hours of lessons with Nikki, It was a gift from my partner. Loved it, Nikki was so patient, extremely good fun and so informative. Such a fab idea and would definitely recommend, I was also given a lovely Nikki chef apron, and lots of info.
We had a wonderful and fun evening with Chef Nikki, who made mums 70th special, we had a twist on mums favourite food, it was stunning!! Nikki went above and beyond, top class service. Highly recommend. Thanks again Chef.
