I enjoy having family and friends over , and 'Sunday roast' with all the trimmings was not something I was confident doing, yet it's something that really brings a group of all ages together. I hired Nikki for a few hours on a Sunday and we prepared a Sunday Roast Beef. She sent me a shopping list beforehand (based on my likes and dislikes), then we cooked together. I made notes every step of the way, picking up on all the good hints and tips that Nikki was showing me, and then learning to get the flow of the timings just right. My husband's feedback at the end was that is was "one of the best roast beef dinners he's ever had" - and he's tried a few! It was a brilliant experience! About us
Nikki is a talented and passionate chef with decades of experience in the culinary industry. Her dedication to creating exceptional dining experiences led her to establish NikkiChef, where she strives to surpass the expectations of every client.
Cooking across the world Nikki has had a colourful career. Some examples of individuals she has had the pleasure of cooking for include the late Queen Elizabeth, Diana Princess of Wales, the Dalai Lama, Olivia Coleman,Cerys Matthews, the Welsh Rugby Union and many other Sporting events. Nikki also spent two years as a private chef on the circuit cooking for the High Court Judges.
Our ethos is very important to me, I pride myself on using locally sourced produce where possible and wherever my services are required.
Having an allotment has provided huge benefits to myself and my clients: the quality, taste and health benefits of growing organic fruit and vegetables as well as the learning process for me as a chef have been incredible. I'm extremely proud and delighted to bring that experience to "NikkiChef".

I Received a voucher for a cooking session with Nikki, as a keen cook I enjoyed every second!! Nikki arrived with some amazing ingredients and lots of info and recipes, we made curry, the base for most curries, naan bread, onion bhajis. Nikki was great, very informative and I definitely learned a few tricks.

Nikki made an absolute feast for my daughters birthday, The array of food was as impressive as it was delicious, the breads homemade, the vegetables organically grown by Nikki, the dishes were both plentiful and beautifully presented, A real treat to see as well as taste.
We Booked Nikki for a special occasion at our home, we had a wonderful three course dinner, every course was delicious, some of which Nikki grows which was just wonderful, this was such a wonderful experience/service from start to finish, We would not hesitate to book Nikki chef again.

Nikki did the wedding food for us, from breakfast to dinner.. everything was perfect, fresh, thoughtful and tasteful. Each course was delicious and delivered with Nikki explaining and sharing stories, our wedding was small and intimate we wanted a memorable day we got that and more, I’m so pleased we found Nikki.
